You're invited:
To join our local Autumn Qigong for Better Breathing, a 4-week series for health and wellness practitioners to be recharged and refill your cup so you can continue to serve your beloved community, clients, and patients without burnout.
In this Autumn Qigong Journey, you will:
*Establish healthy, energetic boundaries that are not barriers but points of connection.
*Learn to clear and release old toxic energy that you may be holding and to clear other people's energy out of your field.
*Boost your immune system so you stay as healthy as possible during the colder months
*A Qigong routine to develop and enhance feelings of compassion, kindness, and love towards self that naturally radiates toward others.
This practice amplifies your body’s natural ability to heal and hold a healing presence for yourself and your clients.
This Qigong practice is suitable for all people, and you do not need any Qigong experience.
Practicing meditation and Qigong have been shown to decrease migraines, chronic pain, and PTSD and activate the emotional and empathetic processing centers in the brain. Thus creating a feeling of more spaciousness and peace in your life and body.
What to Expect:
This is NOT an ordinary Qigong class! This is a group transformational and alchemical journey that is held in a sacred ceremonial space.
Each session is a 90-minute group journey.

We will begin by co-creating a safe container

The actual Qigong practice will be 45-60 minutes which can be done seated or standing.

We complete our practice as a group to debrief and share.
What to Bring:
*Comfortable workout clothes and tennis shoes. (some people prefer to be barefoot)
*Your beautiful open heart.
*Your journal and a pen for taking notes.
