Looking for Tai Chi, or a gentle, grounding movement practice this spring? Join Spring Qigong on Mount Sequoyah, an adults-only 8-week series designed to support stress relief, balance, mental clarity, and longevity.

This class teaches slow, flowing Tai Chi movements, rooted in the ancient practice of Qigong (pronounced chee-gong). Classes build week to week, creating a supportive, consistent practice that helps your body and nervous system truly settle and integrate.

Location & Setting

Classes are held in Sequoyah Hall at Mount Sequoyah Center in Fayetteville, AR. 

Practice in a beautiful indoor space with wooden floors and large windows, filled with natural light and the warmth of the setting sun.

Location & Setting

When the weather allows and the group is aligned, practice may move outdoors on the grass or to the Mount Sequoyah overlook, surrounded by spring beauty.

Series Format

  • This class is primarily offered as an 8-week series to support continuity and group connection

  • Drop-in options are available for the 1st and 4th sessions only, allowing new students to join while preserving a committed group container

  • A discounted series pass is available and encouraged

Yes. No prior experience is needed. This practice is for you, so it will meet you where you are at. It is suitable for beginners and avid practitioners.

Q: Can I drop in any week?
