Discover the Art and Practice of Qigong Come home to yourself

Monday 6 pm CST 90 minutes

Each week, we gather in stillness and gentle movement to remember who we truly are.


Through flowing Qigong forms, breathwork, and guided meditation, we polish the mirror of our awareness, releasing tension, restoring balance, and cultivating inner harmony.

This 90-minute class is an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and return to your natural rhythm.


You’ll learn practical ways to stabilize your energy, open your heart, and reconnect with the living field of Qi that moves through all things.

Whether you’re new to Qigong or continuing your practice, each session meets you where you are.


Come as you are, and leave renewed, grounded, open, and in harmony with the Way.

This standing practice includes warm-ups, stretches, and meditative movement, and can be adapted for seated practice based on your comfort and needs.
