In Qigong, we move as nature, in a flow that opens up lines of communication with the parts of ourselves that need attention, love, and compassion. The energy of life moves through us as frequency, revealing truths. The wisdom of our bodies speaks these truths not in words but in sensations. To hear her messages, we have to slow down and become still and quiet.

Follow your heart

Qigong is an ancient practice that weaves us back to our true nature. Back home in our bodies. The energy travels through meridians in our bodies like rivers and lakes that need to be cleared, stimulated, activated, and attuned to the natural seasons and cycles. We flow like rivers, rise like clouds, stand like trees, and dance like fire.


Our weekly qigong sessions intentionally hold space for small groups that feel like personal ceremonies.

We gather and practice together in an intimate container of safety. Before we begin, we give space to voice what needs to be witnessed, moved, to be made into medicine. Then we'll choose the Qigong forms that best fit the group's needs that day so that every woman present will be nourished by this unique combination of Qigong forms for the session. And each woman will create her own personal elixir of energy medicine.

After the session, we gather to harvest and integrate the healing we collectively experienced. As each sister shares her personal insights, visions, and sensations, we are all blessed. We are blessed by the energy of the experience and the community that holds us.

Join us and practice cultivating your life force energy in a relaxed and supportive environment. Each session is suitable for all fitness and skill levels. This is not an exercise class. Rather it is an opportunity to cultivate, circulate and store life force energy in your body. My intention is to guide and teach soft, gentle, energy medicine practices to those who want to connect with their body, mind, breath, and spirit.

Since we practice on Zoom in the comfort and privacy of your own home you do not need a lot of space to practice. You need enough room to step forward and backward and to spread your arms wide in all directions.


If you are new to Zoom, you will have to download the program. Click here for instructions. Allow at least 15 minutes to set this up before the class starts. We love it when everyone's camera is on so that we can see each other to create a group atmosphere. You are invited to stay after class for questions and discussion.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes before we begin so we can start on time and set our shared intentions. 

What to Expect:

This class focuses on psycho-spiritual and healing Qigong practices.  We learn how to cultivate, circulate and direct qi to promote a feeling of relaxation, expansion, and spiritual connection. We practice for 1 hour and have a 30-minute conversation afterward. Plan to be present for 1 1/2 hours.



No experience necessary!

What to Wear:

Wear comfortable workout clothes, tennis shoes or go barefoot.  As long as your feet are not cold and you won't slip.


What to Bring:


Along with your beautiful open heart, bring water, and have a chair to sit down if you need to.
