  • Your emotions get out of hand, and you are often frustrated, angry, and even rageful.
  • You crave connection with other spiritually awakening people.

  • To have a sacred energy arts practice that is practical and grounded.

  • You are in a process of change and there is wisdom inside you that you just haven't been able to access yet.

That's why I'm inviting you to Spring Qigong To Let the Dragon Carry You!

So you can reclaim lost power and focus it on manifesting your desires for a healthy life filled with connection, abundance, love, beauty, joy, wisdom, peace, and grace!

This is a one-of-a-kind 8-week experiential, embodied, transformative Qigong journey with an intimate group of spiritual people who are committed to their growth and conscious evolution.

What is a Qigong journey?

Qigong is an ancient sacred energy work and embodiment practice. It eases stress and increases the flow state.

This simple practice consists of mindful, physical movements coordinated with your breath to induce a peaceful and vibrant feeling in your body and a focused mind.

When you are in the flow state, your mood shifts, hormones balance, muscles and bones strengthen, joints open, nerves regulate, breath deepens, the mind clears, and the spirit heart awakens.

How can the Swimming Dragon Qigong Forms Support you to manifest your desires?

Swimming Dragon Qigong taps into Chinese wood dragons' energy, representing prosperity, longevity, resiliency, good luck, and harmony.

The Swimming Dragon forms are considered "empowerments." The ancient Taoist Shamans used to give "empowerments" to those who needed support or healing.

In the modern day, these Dragon forms infuse the mystical with the mundane. And provide us with a movement practice that keeps our body healthy, emotions balanced, and our mind clear.

During the practice, you will spiral, coil, and stretch your body as you mirror the movements of a Dragon swimming through the water.

Where your mind goes, the energy goes. Wherever energy goes, it thrives. Qigong helps you consciously focus your mind and energy toward your desires.

What do you desire to consciously co-create with the universe and bring into manifest form?

In other words, what is in season for you?

What area of your life is alive for you right now?

  • A healthy, radiant body that you feel good in as you age?

  • To take excellent care of yourself?

  • A loving relationship with self and/or another?

  • To deepen your spiritual practice?

  • To bring your sacred work into the world and be of greater service?

  • To activate your intrinsic spiritual qualities of healing, wisdom, love, joy, peace, creativity, abundance, and compassion and to stabilize them as the foundation for the next stage of your unfolding?

This process works for all of these areas. And more!

This is the exact Qigong and manifestation practice that I work with to manifest health, wealth, love, and deep spiritual connection in my life.

Join us and get clarity about what is in season for you so you can focus your energy there.

When we come together as a community held in a sacred learning container, we amplify each other's energy and improve the probability of your desires manifesting in physical form!

Why Do We Do This Specific Practice in Spring?

Spring holds the energy of the maiden, of wood, growth, and the energy of the Heiros Gamos, the sacred marriage of the divine feminine (Yin) and divine masculine (Yang) in their healthy aspects.  Earth and sky, the body and the spirit mind. With this beautiful green energy from the earth (body-Yin) and golden energy from the sun (mind-Yang), you will root deeply into the practical daily world to leap confidently into the future of who you are becoming!

Spring is a potent and practical time to practice the skills of self-cultivation and manifestation because all of nature is manifesting and growing, too! Nature is our extended energy body that supports our process of self-actualization and the unfolding of our next stage of evolution.

This subtle yet powerful shift in perspective helps us see that we are not simply gathering external ingredients to assemble our desired life from the outside in.

Instead, we are generating it.

Cultivating it.

Growing it from the inside out!

In this 8-week journey, you will:

  • Enter the Path with Harmony sanctuary and bless your body as a sacred temple.

  • Be an integral member of our circle.

  • Learn a powerful Spring Qigong practice!

  • Connect with the archetypal energies of The Tree of Life, The Maiden, The Pioneer, The Lady of Communion, The Tiger, and The Dragon.

  • Deepen your spiritual practice and learn feminine power manifestation tools.

  • Learn how to awaken and befriend your inner dragon and use its force to support your radiant health, strong body, and spiritual awakening.
  • Explore and release the blocks that prevent you from expressing your authenticity and bringing your sacred work more fully into the world.

  • Power up your practice!

This type of power is not a noun. It is a verb.

You don't have power. You are powering!

You don't just have a vision. You are Visioning!

This practice supports you to be healthy, in your body's natural cycles, and fully resourced as you look at what motivates you and assists in clarifying your intentions so that you have the strength and commitment to grow in ways that are in alignment with your true essence.

Meet Your Guide:

Maria Chowdhury

Medicine Woman, Midwife, Qigong Practitioner, and Sacred Ceremonialist

_edited.jpg

My twenty years as a homebirth midwife, herbalist, meditator, and martial artist has prepared me to hold potent medicine and sacred space.

Currently, I midwife spiritual women in the midst of powerful life transitions and support them to navigate the trail ahead to stay aligned with their essence and connect to their power even in times of uncertainty and confusion.

As a temple guide, I hold sacred space for the extraordinary and arduous experience of birth and transformation to unfold safely and organically.

During this journey, I’m bringing forth the teachings of my mentor, Teresa Elder, who taught me how to “be” a midwife with a smile and a light heart full of humor.

My mentor, Dr. Claire Zammit, who taught me the Feminine Power framework, and Elayne Kalila of Priestess Presence, showed me how to walk as a loving temple guide in the modern world.

Finally, my beloved taiji and qigong teachers from YMAA who taught me the art and practice of Medical Qigong. I am a certified teacher of  Holden Qigong.

The Path with Harmony sanctuary is located in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and is directly on the Trail of Tears that the Cherokee walked.

My daily hikes are on the earth path of Mount Kessler, the ancestral lands of the Caddo and Osage peoples, and I intend to honor them, their sacred lands, and medicine.

Some Common FAQs:

  • I'm brand new to Qigong and the internal arts. Is this journey right for me? Only you can know if it is right for you to join. But please know that you do not need any prior experience. You will learn what you need to know in the journey.

  • I've been practicing Qigong for years. What new aspects of the practice will I learn? Great question. In short, this practice is perfect for the seasoned practitioner because every qigong experience is an opportunity to go deeper and refine the practice, and it would be an honor to be on the path of mastery with you. If you have specific questions, reach out to me, and we can discuss them.

  • I have an injury and am not able to stand for long periods of time. Is this practice a good fit for me? Great question!  The short answer is yes; much of the practice can be done seated. Every movement can be modified to fit your specific needs. This is a healing practice, and every one of us needs to listen to our bodies and interact with the practice in a way that is healthy for us. It is not a one-size-fits-all practice. Having said that, Spring Qigong is the most physical of all the seasons. If you have specific concerns or questions, just reach out, and we can discuss them.

  • What is Qigong? Pronounced Chi gong. Qi means life force energy. Gong means work. Simply put, Qigong is energy work to cultivate life force energy. In this program, you will learn simple yet powerful Qigong movements that will support you to embody the transformational shifts that you are experiencing through the Feminine Power tools and practices.
